Born in Yerevan (Armenia), Lucineh Hovanissian has been performing on stage since the age of 9. A
multi-disciplinary artist, she is expressing herself through music, poetry and video art. She released 3
musical albums, authored soundtrack of 2 films, numerous poems and videos, and has toured in France,
Italy, Germany, Spain, Finland, Serbia, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, USA and Canada. As visiting artist
Lucineh was in residence at Symphony Space (New York), Cité des Arts Internationale (Paris), Cleveland
(Cleveland Foundation), BalkanKult (Serbia), to name a few. Her numerous trophies include the Unesco-
Aschberg award in music, among others. Lucineh also holds an M.D. cum laude from the Yerevan State
Medical University and had specialization in brain studies at Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris.
As an independent researcher-publicist her interests' area includes Music and Mind, Neurophilosophy and
Lucineh Hovanissian is presenting her new opus-- an art + science experimental performance which blends video art, poetry and music-- inspired from the great scientist and visionary Nikola Tesla's autobiographical notes, correspondence and articles published in ''The Century Magazine'' and ''The Electrical Experimenter''. Titled ''How to increase human energy'', it is an essay to ''harness'' the personal power of the Serbian genius.
