The Kinetic Residency caters to a variety of artistic disciplines, including dance, martial arts, acting, and performance. We welcome all artists who have an interest in the study of movement and the body and wish to incorporate it into their artistic practice.
This new training program helps artists develop their practice via exploring the possibilities of the human body. Martial Arts practice and its mental and spiritual applications constitute the cornerstone of the program.

For Martial Artists
We offer short-term Martial Artist-in-Residence programs for artists practicing Martial Arts. The residency can be combined with our Artist-in-Residence program, if desired.
The instructor is a qualified and experienced expert in numerous types of Martial Arts including Aikido, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.

Being in-tune with your body will allow you to improve your acting and performance skills. Learn how to use your body in different situations as to make your character more convincing and adapted for the screen or theater.
For Performing Artists
Through this program you will learn how to exhaust your limits and strengths. Advice, practice and techniques will help you to build the skills needed for your performance pieces.
Adapt and connect different movements to your choreography. Control your balance and make your gestures flow.
